Where is our bed head I ordered 13 weeks ago?? I have made 5 enquiries and not one person has got back to me. You have the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with.

I'm experiencing the same thing!! I ordered a dining setting and an office chair early July. I was told 3 weeks I still haven't received anything! I have emailed and phoned each time I've been told it will arrive the following week. They are the worst!! I'll never buy from them again

Fantastic Furniture very Disappointed with your services, Order a bed head back on the 13th May and still am not getting any answers on when it will be ready, rang and been in store! This is appalling service when i was told it will be ready in 6-8 weeks!!!
You guys are good at taking the money for something and not delivering it. I ordered a rug. It has not shown up. I want my money back. I will be ringing fair trading asap if I don't get my money back. The rug has gone missing via that pathetic courier system you use. Hopeless and no one can tell me where it is. Disgusting!
Hi, can I please have a customer service number to call? I received a faulty lounge on Friday after waiting ten weeks for it to arrive! I contacted the store I purchased it from, as well as sending an email and I was told that someone would contact me asap to arrange collection of the faulty lounge and a replacement, however it has been days and I have a lounge I waited ten weeks for and can't use, with no contact from you, or an ETA on the replacement.

Hello Fantastic Furniture! It is indeed SPRING! I ordered my 2 seater Marella sofa in WINTER (10 June 2020, to be exact). I was willing to wait 7-8 weeks as stated when I paid for it. Then when that waiting time was almost up, I called your warehouse at the start of August but was told that there was a delay in delivery and my order would arrive at the distribution centre on 11 August 2020 and would take another 10 days to be delivered to me. On 21 August 2020, I called your warehouse again and was told that I should expect a call for delivery around 25 August 2020. Today it is 1 September 2020, it is 1 day shy of 12 weeks since I paid for the sofa. I called your warehouse again today and was told that the sofa is still in transit. Your Fantastic Furniture warehouse staff does not know when it will be arriving in your distribution centre in Brisbane..."we will call you when it arrive at our warehouse." WHEN WILL THAT BE...SUMMER? Come on Fantastic Furniture!!😢

Terrible customer service. No delivery of bed after 5 weeks was told have to wait another 5 weeks. Cancelled order and still no refund processed after promised timeframe of 24 hours this company will not respond to written complaints
How long can I expect to wait for a reply either from customer service email or FB messenger response? I have a couch purchase in March and the stitching is all coming apart.I emailed on the 17th, I understand there is a delay but it's almost been 2 weeks now and nothing.
